Shipping policy

Our online shop team operates Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.  Our team will endeavour to ship all orders within three business days.

For orders shipped around Te Ika-a-Māui / North Island, please allow three business days for delivery. For orders delivering to rural addresses and Te Waipounamu / South Island, please allow an extra business day for delivery. Note orders placed around public holidays may take longer to be delivered. 

We do ship to Australia. Please allow at least ten working days for delivery.

We may ship internationally on a case-by-case basis, please contact us with your enquiry and we will advise if it is possible.

We do not provide a click and collect services
